Planning & zoning boards
The Planning Board supports planning review and referrals. The Zoning Board of Appeals considers appeals and variances. Confirm application requirements, membership and meeting dates with the office.
Before you submit
For a major subdivision, review the checklist and ask Codes which application materials are required. For a minor subdivision, request a complete, current application packet from the office. Contact the office for the current building permit fee schedule before submitting or paying; fees printed on older forms may have changed.
